Our MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) provides real-time intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance over vast ocean and coastal regions. This aircraft can fly for more than 24 hours at an altitude above 55,000 feet and an operational range of 8,200 nautical miles.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Contract Manager in managing contractual agreements that underpin our specialised projects, ensuring seamless alignment with project objectives.
  • Maintain open communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle activities, from initiation through renewal, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policy.
  • Monitor compliance, identifying potential risks to uphold contractual obligations and ensure successful outcomes.

About You:

  • You will thrive in this role if you possess a proven background in contract administration, ideally within the defence industry, and excel in interpersonal relationships with diverse teams and clients.
  • A strong ability to work autonomously and within a team, effectively prioritising multiple tasks and responsibilities, is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have highly developed communication, planning, and prioritisation skills, enabling them to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
