We are seeking a talented Contract Administrator to join our team, located in a defence hub.

As a key member of our contracting team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Contract Manager with managing contractual agreements that support our specialised projects. Your expertise in contract compliance and strategic negotiation will be essential in driving successful outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in contract administration, ideally within the defence industry. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse teams and clients, as well as the ability to work autonomously and within a team while effectively managing multiple priorities.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience. About This Role:

  • Review, draft, and manage ad hoc service arrangements under the Prime Contract to align with project objectives.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage contract lifecycle activities, from initiation through renewal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and company policy.
  • Monitor compliance, identifying and mitigating risks to uphold contractual obligations.
