About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with data scientists to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, programming skills in Python, and experience with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or Airflow. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is also essential.

Key responsibilities include operationalizing ML models, managing CI/CD processes for AI systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

  • Partner with Data Scientists to implement ML models and develop AI-driven processes, including risk assessment, claims automation, and customer solutions.
  • Manage CI/CD processes for AI systems to ensure reliable and rapid deployment.
  • Deploy and integrate foundation models, including large language models (LLMs), into business applications.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure AI products seamlessly integrate with existing systems.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune AI/ML models based on real-world feedback and requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in AI and MLOps, with a focus on deploying models in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with MLOps tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, or Docker.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with multi-agent frameworks involving voice and conversational AI is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Stay current with emerging AI and LLM developments and suggest innovative enhancements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
