Your Role

As an AI Data Scientist (GenAI & Engineering Hybrid), you will take a leading role in designing, prototyping, and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI solutions to tackle complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities include solutioning business problems, rapid prototyping, prompt engineering, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering actionable insights.

You will also write production-grade code, integrate APIs, manage databases, develop CI/CD pipelines, and build scalable, maintainable AI systems.

  • Proven expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models, including hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG techniques, AI agents, prompt engineering, and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AWS Bedrock, GCP Agentspace.
  • A hybrid data science and engineering skillset, with the ability to productionise AI/ML models in Python, write maintainable code, and work in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • A personal passion for GenAI, demonstrated through projects, experimentation, or active use of tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
  • Strong business and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience, with a passion for sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team culture.
