About the Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design and deploy AI agents that autonomously perform software testing tasks using advanced machine learning and natural language processing techniques. You will also build and maintain multi-agent systems to support collaborative and coordinated testing workflows, create orchestration mechanisms to manage the lifecycle and communication of AI agents within complex software ecosystems, and develop domain-specific prompts and fine-tune language models to optimise test case generation, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and deploying AI agents for software testing tasks
  • Building and maintaining multi-agent systems for collaborative testing workflows
  • Creating orchestration mechanisms for AI agent lifecycle management
  • Developing domain-specific prompts and fine-tuning language models for test case generation and analysis
  • Integrating intelligent test automation tools into CI/CD pipelines and leveraging cloud-native infrastructure

Requirements

  • Experience building and scaling AI-driven test automation frameworks or tools
  • Hands-on knowledge of multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks
  • Strong background in machine learning, LLMs, and NLP with a focus on real-world engineering use cases
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tooling, particularly CI/CD pipelines within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
