Community Health Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Health Specialist to lead our team in delivering exceptional health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community health programs that promote wellness and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to individuals and communities.
  • Conduct health assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide education and support to clients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in community health or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
