Continuing Aviation Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Continuing Airworthiness Manager.
The role involves ensuring continuous regulatory compliance with CASR Part 42 regulations, the CASR Part 42 MOS and our company exposition for two CJ560 Citation jets.
- Identify and communicate airworthiness standards that support aviation safety by maintaining and improving the CAMO Part 42 Exposition in compliance with the CASR Part 42 regulations, the CASR Part 42 MOS.
- Regularly monitor outputs from the CAMO to ensure continued compliance with our CAMO Exposition, reviewing performance against identified airworthiness objectives such as AD compliance, Reliability program, and Defects.
- Assure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are implemented to address CAMO performance or compliance irregularities in accordance with our CAMO Exposition.
- Manage the performance of the CAMO to ensure compliance with relevant CASA regulations and orders.
This is a leadership role which includes providing direction to employees, recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management and career development. Ensuring high employee engagement and achievement of compliance goals and objectives is also a key requirement.
