Job Description

A leading aviation company requires a seasoned Continuing Airworthiness Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and ensure the airworthiness of aircraft. The successful candidate will have expertise in CAMO Part 42 regulations, CASR Part 42, and Coulson Aviation Australia's exposition.

This leadership position involves maintaining continuous regulatory compliance, monitoring CAMO outputs, and implementing corrective actions. The candidate will also provide direction to employees, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years' experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management, functional knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Management Organisation, and comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong CASA Regulatory knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to develop and execute projects. A Certificate IV level in aircraft maintenance or equivalent qualification is required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure continuous regulatory compliance with CASR Part 42 regulations and Coulson Aviation Australia's exposition.
  • Monitor CAMO outputs and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide direction to employees on recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and career development.
  • Manage CAM performance to ensure compliance with relevant CASA regulations and orders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management.
  • Aircraft Maintenance Management Organisation functional knowledge.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CASR Part 42 regulations and Coulson Aviation Australia's exposition.
  • Strong CASA Regulatory knowledge and project management skills.
  • Certificate IV level in aircraft maintenance or equivalent qualification.

This position will be located in Richmond, NSW, and will involve working closely with our team to ensure the airworthiness of our aircraft.
