About Our Workforce

The Workforce Development and Integrity Division plays a pivotal role in cultivating a capable, inclusive, and high-performing workforce. This division offers internal strategic and operational workforce services, complementing public safety and integrity through screening services.

Lead Strategic Initiatives

We are seeking an innovative leader to spearhead strategic workforce initiatives as Director, Organisational Development and Learning. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing organisational development strategies aligned with departmental priorities.
  • Overseeing workforce functions, including recruitment, workforce planning, and governance of the Human Capital Management System (HCMS).
  • Managing divisional operations, encompassing high-volume recruitment campaigns and workforce reporting.
  • Advocating for diversity, inclusion, and Aboriginal workforce strategies.
