Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be integral to all stages of the deal lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with target company management teams and founders.
  • Developing investment theses.
  • Researching and assessing domestic and global markets.
  • Coordinating with domain experts globally, 3rd party diligence advisors, and banks.
  • Presenting in investment committee.
  • Participating in deal structuring and investment documentation.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with management teams and partners.
  • Managing portfolio companies in strategic and operational projects, including M&A, capital raising, asset sales, and budgeting.
Requirements

We seek a highly motivated commercial team player with passion and curiosity about investing. The ideal candidate possesses:

  • More than 7 years of experience in consulting, banking, or investing, with at least 3 years of investing experience.
  • A commercially savvy investor mindset and ability to self-direct, evaluate, and form independent judgments.
  • Strong accounting/finance, team management, and business assessment skills.
