Base pay range A$200,000.00/yr - A$250,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Capstone Recruitment Director@Capstone | Property Recruitment Expert Multiple real estate strategies, predominantly residential living focused in housing Additional exposure available across other real asset strategies $500m FUM with equity to deploy and ambitious growth pathway $200-250k + discretionary bonus (20-30%) A privately-owned founder led fund manager investing institutional capital into a diversified real estate strategy, primarily focused in the areas of affordable housing, social housing, disability housing.
The Investment Manager role is a newly created position and will work day-to-day with a simply wonderful Partner, and play a critical role in a broad and end-to-end investment position.
The group are investors in real estate housing developments, partnering with community/affordable housing providers and disability housing providers.
Sitting on the investment side, the manager will leverage a broad understanding of property development and asset management, to represent as investor, with external property developers and housing providers.
Utilising problem solving skills to tackle the decisions to achieve investment outcomes across an active portfolio of developments, as well as post completion settling assets over with the ongoing asset management providers.
This role will crossover with funds management, in regards to managing relationships with both debt providers, and equity investors - ensuring all financial obligations are met, and adequate reporting on investments.
This position is likely to appeal to a candidate with circa 10 years of experience, with direct experience in real estate, ideally residential development and commercial investment.
This position will require good technical skills, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
