We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person or team to lead the vision of the Festival, fostering partnerships, and creatively conveying our sense of place and community. If you have a strong connection to the Barossa and can demonstrate inspiring leadership, we encourage you to apply.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits that reflect our commitment to your success and well-being.
