Project Coordination and Engineering Specialist Role

The Major Projects Division coordinates the delivery of large-scale projects, focusing on complex and high-risk initiatives that require collaboration with stakeholders, regulatory compliance, financial management, and project scheduling.

This role involves performing professional engineering work to support project planning, execution, and delivery. The successful candidate will assist in preparing project plans, claims, RFIs, and variations, as well as contributing to the day-to-day running of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing project plans to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Preparing and submitting project-related documentation, including claims and RFIs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or project management.
  • Professional certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
