We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Plant Manager at our Gisborne site.

About the Role:

You will gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in construction materials. As a trainee, you'll receive full training and support to obtain necessary licenses for the role.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Taking and entering concrete orders with precision.
  • Scheduling and allocating jobs efficiently.
  • Supervising Agitator Drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinating plant maintenance and performing basic upkeep tasks.
  • Batching and dispatching concrete products timely.
  • Managing raw material stocks effectively.
  • Upholding safety, health, environmental, and Chain of Responsibility standards rigorously.
