Transportation is a vital part of our business, and we are seeking a skilled Freight Handler to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight to various locations in and around Toowoomba. They will also be responsible for loading and unloading freight from the vehicle, organizing and sorting packages, and maintaining accurate delivery records.

  • Drive a company van to deliver freight to designated locations
  • Load and unload freight from the van
  • Complete delivery routes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in a delivery or driver role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy packages
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Commitment to safety and following all company policies and procedures
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and police checks
  • Ability to provide a Driving History
