Campaign Delivery Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging and dynamic position within our organization. As a Campaign Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of advertising campaigns from start to finish.

The role involves liaising with sales, media, and creative agencies, as well as clients, to guarantee the on-time completion of allocated campaigns. A fast-paced and diverse position, you will work closely with a cross-section of teams and gain great exposure across the media environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure complete on-time delivery of allocated campaigns on behalf of clients.
  • Track and report all campaigns from sales, converting contracts through to post-install reporting.
  • Focus on timeliness with new campaigns validated same business day and make every effort to meet deadlines.
  • Fulfil all contractual display agreements for effective display.
  • Manage internally produced campaigns, including work orders & information to production suppliers.


To Be Successful:

Ideal candidates will have prior administrative experience and be accustomed to working under deadlines. You should be proactive, upbeat, collaborative, and enjoy working in a fun, yet driven team environment. In addition to;
