Job Title: Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery network, you will be responsible for safely completing daily sequenced calls to deliver products to customers across various locations.

This is a physically demanding role that requires great physical condition and the ability to perform regular lifting and manual handling. You must also possess excellent customer service skills and have a positive attitude with a high level of presentation.

The successful candidate will have a valid Australian MR Driver's License or greater and 12+ months driving and delivery experience. Additionally, you will be required to complete a full background check.

You will be working closely with our Logistics and Sales Teams to ensure efficient product delivery using handheld technology. The role involves warehouse management, inventory checking, and forklift operation, making it an ideal position for those who enjoy hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely complete daily sequenced calls to deliver products to customers
  • Manage warehouse operations, including inventory checking and forklift operation
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the Logistics and Sales Teams to ensure efficient product delivery

Requirements:

  • Valid Australian MR Driver's License or greater
  • 12+ months driving and delivery experience
  • Great physical condition and ability to perform regular lifting and manual handling
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to complete a full background check
