About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to customers, including personal care, wound care, and medication administration
  • Assist customers with daily living activities, such as transportation to appointments and help at home
  • Engage in social activities with customers to promote their well-being and independence

Requirements:

  • Relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • Medication Competency Certificate
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resilience and ability to work independently
