We invite passionate and dedicated individuals to apply for a House Supervisor position, where they will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people in residential care homes.

As a key member of our Out of Home Care Program, you will oversee the daily care and well-being of young people, guiding and supporting a team of Residential Carers. Your mission will be to foster a positive and supportive home environment through exceptional leadership, therapeutic care techniques, and inspiring role modelling.

The successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications, including a bachelor's degree or diploma, with experience in development of behavioral management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviors. They will also have demonstrated ability to supervise, lead and support a team of residential care workers, participate collaboratively within teams, and demonstrate initiative and effective personal judgement when working alone.
