About Our Career Accelerator Program

We're seeking highly motivated undergraduate students completing an Engineering or IT-related degree at an accredited Australian tertiary provider to join our career accelerator program.

Our program is designed to equip you with critical technical and professional skills, helping you transition confidently into a career in the energy industry.

As a Participant, You'll:
  • Be empowered to shape your career journey
  • Learn directly from senior engineers working on projects transforming Queensland's electricity network
  • Receive career development support and hands-on experiences in the energy sector

Eligible participants in their final two years of study can apply for our development initiative—a two-year program designed for early-career engineers passionate about joining the energy sector.

  • Must be an active participant
  • Must be in the final two years of an engineering degree related to the energy industry
