Account Managers play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain technical expertise to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Lead the account management team to ensure timely task completion.
  • Handle customer inquiries, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis for excellent service delivery.
  • Manage policy renewals by conducting client research, preparing submissions, negotiating coverages, and presenting proposals.
  • Monitor reports to take action on delinquent accounts, collecting outstanding balances for financial stability.
  • Maintain data accuracy in agency management systems and carrier platforms.
  • Oversee workflow and suspense issues for timely completion.
  • Communicate regularly with the account team regarding workload status and any issues.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry. They should possess knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs, along with active Property & Casualty licensing. Professional designations like CIC are preferred. Strong customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
