Manager, Enterprise Insights, Data and Reporting

The Manager, Insights, Data and Reporting leads the functions of providing strategic insights and analysis of the performance of Solar Victoria's programs, gathering and analysing customer feedback through the Voice of Customer Program, and providing program modelling and forecasting activities. They also contribute to corporate reporting activities and other organisational and program reporting functions as required.
Leveraging a range of internal and external data points, the Manager, works closely with colleagues across the organisation to improve the timeliness of reporting and to uplift the quality of insights to support Solar Victoria's Leadership team to make informed decisions that are data driven.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in analytics, business intelligence or business analysis disciplines.
- Senior level experience in providing reports and briefs of a strategic and tactical nature
This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2028. The successful candidate can select a base of either our Melbourne or Morwell office, hybrid work arrangements are also available.
