Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team.

Your Role

This is an opportunity to enhance your skill set and provide subject matter expertise to customers on effective complaints management processes.

You will put your thinking hat on every day, offering appropriate customer solutions to vulnerable customers.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to high volume of inbound calls, providing subject matter expertise to customers
  • Providing effective complaints management processes to support and enable positive customer outcomes
  • Access to developmental and training programs
  • Participating in continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
  • Strong technical experience in the insurance claims industry
  • Strong phone conversation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, listen and resolve customer enquiries
  • Demonstrated ability to show resilience and empathy towards customers
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient with computers & systems - juggling multiple software systems at the same time
