Event Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planning Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic, fast-paced agency delivering large-scale conferences, meetings, product launches, and corporate events for some of the world's biggest brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end coordination of events, including venue sourcing, supplier management, AV, catering, and delegate logistics.
  • Assist in developing and managing event timelines, budgets, and run sheets.
  • Coordinate registrations, delegate communications, and reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, sponsors, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide on-site support and ensure every event meets client expectations.
  • Contribute to post-event reporting and continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Prior experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with events management software (essential).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine passion for events.
