Workplace Educator

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a skilled Workplace Educator to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering education and training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver the induction and onboarding program for new employees
  • Develop and facilitate education and training programs to meet role expectations and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Conduct education and training needs analysis and develop a learning plan to address identified gaps
Requirements:
  • Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent
  • Bachelor of Nursing, preferred
  • Experience in delivering education and training programs using adult learning principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
  • Solid understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality standards
  • Previous experience working in a Residential Aged Care setting
  • Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process
  • IT savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new systems
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • NDIS check or willingness to obtain
