Delivering Education and Training Excellence

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a skilled and passionate Workplace Educator to join our team. As a key member of our education and training team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality educational programs and initiatives to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate and deliver the induction and onboarding program to newly hired employees
  • Develop and deliver education and training programs to meet role expectations and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Conduct education and training needs analysis and develop a learning plan to address identified gaps

Requirements:

  • Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent, essential
  • Bachelor of Nursing, preferred
  • Experience in delivering education and training programs using adult learning principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
  • Solid understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality standards
  • Previous experience working in a Residential Aged Care setting
  • Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process
  • IT savvy, full Microsoft Suite and able to pick up new systems with ease
  • Able to work independently and part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • NDIS check or willing to obtain
