IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT support specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will provide crucial Level 1 and 2 support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage ICT support requests through our Service Desk system, providing timely and effective assistance.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems to keep operations running smoothly across various sites.
  • Monitor and maintain system security, backups, and the ICT Asset Register.
  • Assist with physical setups and participate in exciting ICT projects.

Qualifications and Experience required:

A relevant diploma or degree is essential. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking is required. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and MS Office Suite is also necessary.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are vital. Proactive individuals with a keen interest in learning and adapting to new technologies are preferred. Ability to work well in a team and independently is also required.
