">We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction through cutting-edge technology solutions.
">The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in technical support or consulting, or hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. They should also possess in-depth knowledge of Windows System Administration, Configuration, including registry, Windows Activation, Windows Setup and Upgrade, Windows update, and Windows Security.

- Collaborating with teams to leverage troubleshooting tools and best practices.">
- Leading community building initiatives and sharing knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching, and mentoring.">
- Working closely with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools.">
This role requires flexibility in working shifts based on business needs, including shift rotations. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changing operational demands and work variable schedules.
