Seeking a Technical Client Coordinator to support effective service delivery and day-to-day functioning.

About the Role

This key client coordinator role requires fast, useful technical assistance. The successful candidate must have good technical knowledge, be able to communicate effectively, understand problems and explain solutions. Customer orientation and ability to work with technicians, suppliers, and key customers are essential.

Organization, urgency, and efficient delivery and problem-solving skills are vital. Comfort with cloud-based systems and high digital literacy to pick up internal systems training are also required.

A background in IT is not necessary, but a working knowledge of ITSM, general networking, and cellular (4G/5G) communication will make this role easier to perform.

Duties include:

  • Remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walking the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Providing accurate information on IT products and services
  • Recording events, problems, and their resolution in logs
  • Answering inbound calls from clients and technicians
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders

To be suitable for this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a help desk or customer support role
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Self-starting and ability to work unsupervised
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented manner
  • Qualifications in Information Technology are favourable but not essential
