Job Opportunity

The Strategic Transition Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless changeover of outsourced services through early optimization stage.

This position involves collaborating with the solutions development team and procurement specialists to obtain competitive vendor pricing that supports new business bids.

This role requires experience in bid response preparation and knowledge of procurement for services related to facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, review, and analyze bid documents and pricing templates to understand scope, technical requisites, and required pricing structure.
  • Select the appropriate pricing methodology to ensure most competitive and high-quality response for submission.
  • Work closely with the sales/solutions development team to align on bid strategy, response approach, and confirm scope and pricing template based on provided bid data.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids to the sales/solutions development team.
  • Read and understand transition documents including deal summary, transition tracker, vendor list, and scope matrix.
  • Lead communications to incumbent new client vendors using standard communication templates, including vendor letters, vendor data pack, and interim/short-form agreements as required.
  • Cordinate with the Corrigo team to ensure relevant Corrigo requirements are met.
  • Regularly attend and actively participate in scheduled/weekly transition and optimization calls working closely with regional or local transition-optimization leads and cross-functional teams.
  • Populate, update, and submit the applicable transition tracker as required.
  • Take custodianship of bid and transition documents and regularly review bidding and transition processes and tools with the B&T Head.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce or related disciplines.
  • Qualifications and professional memberships, such as Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) working in procurement, consulting, purchasing, sourcing, and negotiation.
