Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Front Office Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for checking in and checking out hotel guests, maintaining guest accounts, taking reservations when required, and assisting with all guest enquiries and directing internal and external phone calls.

  • Check in and check out of hotel guests, providing a warm welcome and farewell to each guest.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Take reservations when required, ensuring that all guest needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Assist with all guest enquiries and direct internal and external phone calls, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and comfortable whenever they have contact with the Front Office Department.
  • Create a welcoming impression as an ambassador for the hotel at all times, promoting a positive image and enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Process food & beverage orders, answer questions on menu selection, and record transactions in point-of-sale system.
  • Create guest moments and follow up with guests to ensure their request has been resolved to their satisfaction.
