**Warehouse Operations Leader Role Summary:**

This is a leadership position that oversees the management of warehouse operations, including stock picking, loading, and unloading of vehicles.

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring timely processing of goods dockets
- Identifying and recording product or service problems and providing solutions
- Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures
- Coordinating stock takes and daily cycle counts
- Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction

**Work Environment and Requirements:

The Warehouse Operations Leader will work Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm, at a warehouse in Brisbane's Northside. They will operate material handling equipment as required and ensure the warehouse and materials' handling equipment are clean and well maintained.

**Requirements:**

  • Valid Forklift license
  • Certificate III and above in Warehousing (or similar)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
