Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality written and visual materials that convey Lendi Group's vision and mission narrative.
  • Ensure brand integrity and consistency across all communications.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging.
  • Manage our Lendi Group Corporate LinkedIn profile.
  • Use agile boards to capture communication initiatives.
  • Provide creative support to ensure content has maximum impact and supports business objectives.
Requirements
  • A tertiary degree in communications or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in corporate communications and change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated research, editing, and proofreading expertise.
  • Strong learning agility, stakeholder management skills, and influencing ability.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience with Microsoft Excel, Confluence, Jira, and Slack, as well as communications tools and software.
