Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Leader to join our team at MYOB. As a Community Leader, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a social and community support strategy that uses professional partnerships and technology to reduce cost and drive customer advocacy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, develop and enable the team to provide the digital customer experience of the future.
- Foster a sense of belonging and community among members.
- Serve as a liaison between community members and organisational leadership.
- Advocate for the needs and interests of the community within the organisation.
- Encourage collaboration, communication, and positive interactions among community members.
- Provide guidance, support, and resources to community members as needed.
- Promote inclusivity and diversity within the community.
- Monitor community engagement and gather feedback to improve.
- Strong business acumen with SME's, specifically our Self Employed customers.
- Knowledge of the Web, Community Forums and SEM fundamentals.
- Providing accurate technical support to customers.
- Solid understanding of software development and product strategy in a startup SaaS environment.
- Experience managing, moderating and driving online-based Communities and Social Media.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Obsessed with the customer experience and genuinely empathize with both the customer and their end users.
