
Child Protection Workforce Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team focused on implementing the Child Protection Workforce Strategy 2021-24.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team in supporting the implementation and local delivery of the Child Protection Workforce Strategy 2021-24
- Identifying, developing, leading, and monitoring projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the strategy's implementation at a local divisional level
Required skills and qualifications:
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of child protection principles and practices
