Electrical Construction Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician to lead our Electrical Construction team in Hendra. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing labour and materials, and ensuring all work activities are on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead, manage, and upskill apprentices as required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of tradesmen and apprentices to complete electrical projects.
  • Coordinating site activities between the team, Principal Contractor, and Sub-Contractors.
  • Managing labour and materials efficiently.
  • Monitoring site programs to ensure all work activities are on schedule.

Requirements:

  • An unrestricted Electrical Licence.
  • 5+ years' experience as a qualified Electrician in industrial electrical work.
  • A current manual driver's licence.
  • Reliability, hard work, and a commitment to code compliance and WHS requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously within a team.
  • The ability to lead, manage, and upskill apprentices as required.
  • Comfort working away from home in small stints.
