At our mine site located in the Galilee Basin, we are creating jobs and opportunities for regional Queensland. Production is in full swing and we're building our team with additional roles as we ramp up our next fleets.

About This Role

The successful Electrical Supervisor will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and repair activities, including supervising and coordinating day-to-day tasks. You will work closely with our team to ensure compliance with safety protocols and lead/mend a multi-skilled crew to maintain excellent records.

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance and repair activities
  • Allocate competent resources to tasks and perform inspections to ensure electrical installations and equipment meet standards
  • Lead/mend and effectively manage a multi-skilled crew
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions within teams
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Trade qualified Electrician experience with electric drive trucks
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining a high safety record for teams
  • Current Mining Supervisor (G1, G8, G9) qualifications
  • A Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
  • A Standard 11 qualification (or willingness to obtain)
