Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Business Operations Specialist. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent collaboration skills and technical expertise in Salesforce, Looker, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for client-facing teams, resolving/escalating tickets
  • Lead projects/initiatives driving process improvements
  • Resolve/elevate internal system-related issues, such as Salesforce and partner portal
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the organization, directing requesters to relevant resources
  • Ensure seamless integration between core platforms (Workato, Salesforce, Monday)
  • Drive innovation with channel processes related to Salesforce, Marketing, and Commissions for local partners
  • Maintain documentation for processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Business Operation segment Leaders to inform data-driven decisions and strategy
  • Optimize salesforce processes for partner contracts and commission processing
  • Support business operation reporting needs for Salesforce, Looker, Tableau by building local reports and addressing support tickets
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform future initiatives improving channel processes

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business operations or a related field
  • Technical expertise in Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Excel
  • Strong collaboration skills with various teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to identify issues and solve them independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS environments
  • Salesforce administration
  • Tableau or Looker Experience
