Event Coordinator Position

The role of an event coordinator is a key position within our organization, responsible for coordinating various corporate and social events. This dynamic and fast-paced role requires strong commercial acumen, effective communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate corporate and social events, including weddings, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Develop and execute an effective events sales strategy to meet customer requirements.
  • Work closely with food and beverage teams to ensure successful event operations.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows and networking events.
  • Complete financial reporting and manage client and partner databases in conjunction with the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in event coordination.
  • Strong experience in conference and event operations and programs.
  • Creative approach to selling amazing event spaces.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ambitious personality with a natural ability to build rapport and great relationships.
