National Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative National Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain team at Kmart.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the end-to-end Supply Chain Planning function is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Lead the collection and analysis of all the supply and demand data from the Merchandising, Inventory, International and Domestic supply chain Functions.
- Lead the DSC planning activity, ensuring timely, accurate and robust reporting and analysis.
- Be responsible for improvements in the S&OP process as well as the inputs to making the supply chain more efficient.
- Provide the rolling forecast of inbound, processing and outbound volumes against chamber capacities.
- Act as a key stakeholder for projects with volume or capacity impacts.
- Ensure all planning processes are executed to national agreed standards in multiple Kmart & Target Distribution Centre sites.
- Coach and develop direct reports to successfully deliver on key accountabilities and seek out opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver the key business objectives of maximum availability with the most efficient cost profile and no compromise on safety.
- Ideally 3-5 years' experience within a similar planning role.
- Strong analytical and reporting ability.
- High level of problem solving and flexibility within and constantly evolving environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to liaise, influence and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Ideally proven leadership experience having evidence of mentorship and employee development.
