Security Business Manager

About the Role
Securecorp is seeking a highly motivated and organized Security Business Manager to oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of our Casual Labour Force in Victoria. The successful candidate will ensure continuity of service delivery with trained resources and maintain high-quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships within the business, including regular meetings with Business Managers and operational staff to improve Casual staff utilization.
- Coordinate with Business Managers and Rostering Coordinators to establish Casual staff requirements.
- Work with HR & Recruitment to advertise and screen staff.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, including face-to-face meetings.
- Manage complaints and performance issues.
- Optimize relationships by ensuring both parties meet contractual obligations.
- Provide innovative solutions to issues.
- Provide quotations for services to new and existing clients.
- Ensure clients are invoiced appropriately with regular audits of Rosters and Invoice Amounts.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of reports to clients.
Requirements
- High standard of personal presentation and conduct.
- Strength and purpose of character.
- Professionalism, integrity, and adherence to guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to use initiative and experience to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Data entry and computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of industrial awards and agreements.
- Knowledge of Securecorp systems, particularly UKG.
- Resource and logistics coordination experience.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to cope with a dynamic work environment and work on multiple tasks with deadlines.
- Ability to make independent informed decisions.
- Strong planning and problem-solving mindset.
- Current VIC Security or Security Advisers Licence or ability to obtain.
