Job Summary:
">An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying new sales opportunities, and managing existing client relationships to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the Australian team to maintain and grow the company's presence in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for assigned clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention, and update CRM notes
- Manage sales initiatives in assigned customer groups, sales channels, and territories
- Enhance existing client relationships and engage with new leads by understanding their product needs and providing technical and solution-based advice
- Prepare quotes, provide stock information, process orders, issue invoices and credits, track deliveries, and handle complaints and warranties
- Identify new sales opportunities in assigned customer groups, sales channels, or territories through customer, competitor, and market analyses and continuous CRM data mining
- Manage inventory levels, create purchase orders, and manage close-out sales initiatives
- Undergo continuous training to become a local product competence leader
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a sales capacity, preferably internal sales/sales support
- Self-motivated with a strategic approach to researching clients and following sales processes
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed KPIs, grow sales, and your client base
- Excellent client service, account management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good IT/administrative skills to update a CRM and experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
