Job Opportunity

The Event Technology Director will foster a collaborative relationship between onsite teams and venue management. The primary responsibility is ensuring efficient and safe event staging services within venues.

  • Establish strong relationships with venues and clients to ensure successful client relations and smooth event execution.
  • Provide guidance and advice to clients and venue staff on suitable audio-visual equipment, digital options, and necessary crew to meet presentation needs and budget constraints.
  • Maintain and disseminate crew rosters and schedules.
  • Communicate areas of concern to rectify issues related to equipment, crew, venue staff, or clients in a timely manner.

Required skills include prior experience in events/sales environments, relevant AV experience, excellent planning, organizational, time management & account management skills, strong sales and business acumen, track record in managing high-performing sales teams within third-party venues, ability to foster meaningful business relationships, prior experience in rostering and cost management, and qualifications in Hospitality or Events are highly regarded.
