Job Description:

As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the safe and reliable operation of plant facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workflow Management: Deliver high-quality processes, prioritizing task response planning, scheduling, budget preparation, and reporting.
  • Maintenance Planning: Perform job & project planning, materials ordering, scheduling, master data management, and reporting for the engineering team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in RCFA and Reliability programs as directed.
  • Communication: Communicate daily with relevant staff to obtain feedback on planning and scheduling elements.

We are seeking an individual with appropriate qualifications or experience – Engineer or Trade background. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Additionally, experience with Asset Life Cycle Management and all Reliability related processes is required. Good computer skills and experience in CMMS master data management are also necessary. A commitment and outstanding attitude to safety and workplace culture are mandatory.
