Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Planner

This role encompasses all activities involving planning maintenance and associated capital works to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing high-quality workflow management processes to optimize task response planning, scheduling, budget preparation, reporting, and providing technical support to the maintenance team
  • Prioritizing task response planning, scheduling, budget preparation, reporting, and providing technical support to the maintenance team
  • Performing maintenance job & project planning, materials ordering, scheduling, master data management, and reporting for the engineering team
  • Actively participating in continuous improvement, reliability programs, and root cause failure analysis to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintaining and updating PM routines in the CMMS under consultation with relevant stakeholders
  • Leading and contributing to the workflow management processes on site to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration

Requirements include:

  • Appropriate qualifications or experience – Engineer or Trade background with a strong foundation in asset life cycle management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Asset Life Cycle Management & all Reliability related processes to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Good computer skills and experience in CMMS master data management to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Commitment and outstanding attitude to safety and workplace culture to promote a positive work environment
  • Teamwork and willingness to co-operatively share knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative team dynamic
  • Sound problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently
