Job Description

As a Luxury Client Liaison Professional, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our discerning clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Service & Sales
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Deliver personalized services that exceed client expectations
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and styling options
Client Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and appointment-based service
  • Capture new luxury clients to drive business growth and revenue
  • Retain existing clients through proactive follow-up and tailored recommendations
Personal Profile
  • A proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles, preferably in luxury retail
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of store operations
