The Performance and Reward Delivery Manager is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of strategic outcomes. This position focuses on achieving key milestones and driving efficiency in processes related to performance, remuneration, and benefits.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with Performance and Reward managers to deliver strategic objectives effectively, leveraging domain expertise and process optimization techniques.
- Pay Structure Development: Support the development and implementation of pay range models that align with organizational goals and market trends, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Market Intelligence: Lead the execution of market surveys to gather relevant compensation and benefits data, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Vendor Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact with benefits providers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and negotiate terms with external partners to optimize value and performance, upholding organizational standards.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration and operation of benefits platforms to ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee benefits, maintaining data integrity and governance.
- Process Enhancement: Implement changes and enhancements to benefits systems as required, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support for key cyclical activities, including goal setting, talent review, performance review, merit review, feedback, and incentive programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Data Governance: Design and maintain robust processes to uphold data integrity and governance within the Performance and Reward function, implementing controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they will have a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions and a deep understanding of performance management principles.
