We are seeking an exceptional Maintenance Professional to join our team as a Farm Equipment Technician. This key role involves overseeing the operations and upkeep of our poultry farms, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.

Daily duties include:

  • Conducting regular preventive maintenance inspections to identify wear and tear, thereby preventing costly breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
  • Attending to equipment repairs in a timely manner, ensuring that all farm equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Inspecting farm facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
  • Performing pre-start checks on farm equipment to guarantee smooth operation and efficiency.
  • Documenting maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing for future reference and analysis.
  • Assisting in maintaining an inventory of spare parts and supplies to minimize delays and optimize resource allocation.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting maintenance equipment and facilities to maintain a high level of hygiene and biosecurity.
