As an Australian Apartment Hotel Host, you'll provide exceptional guest experiences, deliver creative solutions to complaints, and showcase your knowledge of the local area to enhance guest stays.
A high level of guest service is expected at all touchpoints, from check-in to check-out. You'll respond to emergency situations professionally and identify opportunities to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
The successful candidate will have approved Australian working rights, a First Aid Certificate, and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is also required.
