As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success in your assigned hotel. You will oversee daily operations, manage a high-performance team, and prioritize guest satisfaction.

Your primary objectives include:

  • Optimizing business turnover and delivering operating profit
  • Designing and executing business development strategies
  • Establishing a strong leadership culture aligned with our core values of Relationship-Focused, Integrity, Personal Growth & Ownership Mindset
  • Managing daily hotel operations according to our Veri-Best Framework
  • Fostering exceptional guest experiences and managing feedback
  • Ensuring compliance and critical incident management
  • Coordinating facility and asset maintenance
  • Providing timely reporting and administration

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or Visa with approved working rights)
  • First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or ability to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Willingness to obtain a Liquor Licence at Veriu's expense
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team with kindness to achieve outcomes
  • Ability to resolve problems and complaints efficiently
  • High standards of attention to detail and effective communication skills
  • Proven track record in managing people in customer-facing environments
  • PASSION FOR PERSONAL GROWTH AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Estimated annual salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 + superannuation and benefits.
